About Us…

Who we are

Chris Poole is a state certified building contractor, born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. He resides in the local area with his wife, an attorney, and two equally feisty little girls. When he isn’t working on your project, he is working on his - renovating an acre and a half of overgrown property and bringing life back to a home that sat unloved for far too long.

It was having grown up watching his grandfather’s landscape company beautify Clearwater that Chris learned the value of improving existing property. Taking that lesson a step further, and preferring the trades to academic pursuits, he decided to become a carpenter with the intent to do the same - but go beyond the green space.

So, in 2007, Chris established Chris' Construction, LLC…right as the real estate market crashed. Good timing, right! Okay, maybe not. But, having started when the market was down, the newly formed carpentry business built itself up, word of mouth, from one customer to the next. (Much like his grandfather’s business had done before him.)

Looking back, it is what gave the business a strong foundation, built on valuing each customer and the renovation opportunities that came with them. It has been the relationships established along the way that has fostered our growth and we are grateful for where the journey has brought us…to you.
